What is the difference between account types?
Pre Made Accounts are accounts we create and sell. Personal Accounts are services where you provide the required details and we work on your own account. Custom Accounts are custom requests such as money only, certain cars, rank goals, or a specific build.

By placing an order with Forza6Mods, you agree that you are buying a digital product or digital service. You must provide a valid email address and accurate order details so we can deliver correctly.
Pre Made Accounts are supplied as described on the product page. Personal Account and Custom Account services may require extra details from you after checkout. If you provide incorrect details, delay responses, or request something outside the purchased service, fulfilment may take longer.
You are responsible for checking the product category, platform, description, included features, and any order notes before payment. We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, technically impossible, or outside the service we offer.

Because the store sells digital goods and digital services, refund options depend on the status of the order. If we have not started delivery or fulfilment, contact us as soon as possible through the contact form and we will review the order.
Once a digital account has been delivered, account details have been sent, or a personal/custom service has started, refunds are generally not available unless we cannot provide the service purchased.
If there is a genuine issue with your delivery, we will first try to fix the problem, replace missing information, or provide a suitable solution. Chargebacks, false claims, abuse, or attempts to keep delivered digital goods without payment may result in refusal of future service.
