All orders are digital. Pre-made account details, service instructions, and top up information are sent to the delivery email used at checkout.
Do you charge delivery?
No. There is no delivery fee because everything is online delivery only.
What platforms do you support?
Products show platform icons for Xbox, PlayStation, or PC. Always check the platform badge on the product before buying.
What is the difference between account types?
Pre Made Accounts are accounts we create and sell. Personal Accounts are services where you provide the required details and we work on your own account. Custom Accounts are custom requests such as money only, certain cars, rank goals, or a specific build.
Can I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Use the contact form. We keep the support email private to stop spam and keep order support organised.
By placing an order with Forza6Mods, you agree that you are buying a digital product or digital service. You must provide a valid email address and accurate order details so we can deliver correctly.
Pre Made Accounts are supplied as described on the product page. Personal Account and Custom Account services may require extra details from you after checkout. If you provide incorrect details, delay responses, or request something outside the purchased service, fulfilment may take longer.
You are responsible for checking the product category, platform, description, included features, and any order notes before payment. We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, technically impossible, or outside the service we offer.
Forza6Mods is an independent digital service and is not affiliated with Microsoft, Xbox, Playground Games, Turn 10 Studios, or any official Forza brand owner. All brand names are used only to describe compatible game-related services.
Because the store sells digital goods and digital services, refund options depend on the status of the order. If we have not started delivery or fulfilment, contact us as soon as possible through the contact form and we will review the order.
Once a digital account has been delivered, account details have been sent, or a personal/custom service has started, refunds are generally not available unless we cannot provide the service purchased.
If there is a genuine issue with your delivery, we will first try to fix the problem, replace missing information, or provide a suitable solution. Chargebacks, false claims, abuse, or attempts to keep delivered digital goods without payment may result in refusal of future service.

We collect only the details needed to process and support your order, such as your name, checkout email, delivery email, order notes, payment status, and order history.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on this website. Payment references may be stored for order tracking, fraud prevention, and support.
Contact form messages are used only to respond to your enquiry and handle support. We do not sell your personal data. Access to order information is limited to the site owner/admin for fulfilment and customer support.
